The present invention relates to a delay prediction method for predicting the delay of a service flow in each of hops on the route of the service hop, which includes a first step of determining a maximum queue length in each of the hops, and a second step of predicting maximum queue delay in each of the hops on the basis of the determined maximum queue length in each of the hops.
