To provide a noise barrier excellent in landscape properties, which enables easy adaptation by means of a relatively simple structure even if a geometric line form of road for the installation of a noise barrier or the like is taken as a curved line, enables the easy execution of installation work for a support, and enables an improvement in safety in a collision between vehicles.

The noise barrier 1 is constituted by mounting sound insulation panels 10 among the plural supports 2 and 2 installed at intervals along a boundary between a driveway and a sidewalk or a medial strip of the driveway. A new or existing circular cross-section support serves as the support 2. Paired panel mounting members 3 and 3, disposed in the support 2 in such a manner as to sandwich the support 2 in between, are fixed by a clamping member 4. A side end of the panel 10 is attached to the member 3 with a bolt and a nut 5. A side end of a front plate 11 and that of a backside plate 12 are fitted into each other by a step 18 for the purpose of hiding the support 2 altogether.
