Abstract:
To obtain a noise canceler capable of effectively eliminating noise by reducing the noise that superimposes itself on wiring from a microphone for collecting ambient noise to a signal processing circuit, to provide a sound collecting device having a noise canceler, and to provide a portable telephone having a noise canceler.
A second amplifier circuit 5 for amplifying the output signal of a second microphone 3 arranged at a position away from a first microphone for collecting desired sound to collect ambient noise is arranged near the second microphone 3.
