To appropriately cancel noise while suppressing deterioration of an original sound signal, by faithfully regenerating the original sound signal in which a sound characteristic is influenced by a dynamic adaptive filter, and by creating a noise cancel signal by appropriately extracting a noise signal from a sound signal collected by a microphone.

The noise elimination device 100 includes: a speaker 110 for outputting sound; a microphone 112 for collecting sound and converting it to the sound signal; a first differential circuit 114 for generating a first differential signal by subtracting an output signal of a first adaptive filter 116 from the sound signal which is converted by the microphone; a second differential circuit 118 for creating a second differential signal by subtracting the first differential signal from the original sound signal to create a second differential signal, and transmitting it to the speaker. A filter coefficient of a first adaptive filter is adaptively adjusted by setting the second differential signal to a reference input, and the first differential signal to an adaptive error.
