Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an low-cost noise filter for power conversion requiring a small mount space.
SOLUTION: A desired number of paper-tablet dielectric chips 3 are inserted and adhered between two rectangular spiral coils 1a whose cross section is rectangular to form an LC composite member, a noise filter circuit of the noise filter 6 is formed by laminating and connecting a desired number of the spiral LC composite members, a desired number of the noise filter circuits is laminated via an insulation sheet, and the noise filter circuits are surrounded by a magnetic body so that a magnetic circuit is formed in the center of the laminate and its outer circumference to configure the filter circuits having functions of a reactor and a capacitor.
