Abstract:
To improve jitters which are generated when a horizontal synchronizing signal and a clock are asynchronous.
This noise filter has an A/D converter 2, a horizontal delay unit 3, a clock source 5, a horizontal synchronizing signal generating means 6, a difference detecting means 8, an interpolating means 9, and a linear coupling means 4, wherein the difference detecting means 8 obtains the difference (D(n)-D(n-1)) between the horizontal synchronizing signal HS and clock CL, and the interpolating means 9 compensates linearly for the difference from the gradient (V(n-1,m)-V(n,m))/t of the output of the horizontal delay unit 3 and corrects the amplitude which corresponds to the time difference for reducing jitters.
