Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise reducing circuit for also reducing noise generated near a protecting member, and to provide an underwater sensor having the noise reducing circuit.
SOLUTION: A wave receiving element for receiving a sound wave from a target is protected by a dome 14. A vibration sensor 16 and an acoustic sensor 17 are mounted to the dome 14, and noise generated by the dome 14 itself or near the dome 14 is detected. The vibration sensor 16 and the acoustic sensor 17 output the detection result to a pseudo filter section 22 via a data conversion section 20. The pseudo filter section 22 generates a reference signal, based on the detection result. An adaptive processing section 24 estimates noise components in comparison with a main signal, based on the reference signal and a reception signal outputted from a signal reception section 10, eliminates the noise components, and extracts a target signal component.
