To provide a noise reduction device etc., hardly increasing noise even if test vibration is generated.
The device comprises a plurality of acceleration sensors for detecting the vibration of a vehicle structure, a plurality of piezo actuators for applying wave motion to the vehicle structure, an abnormality detection part 43 for detecting abnormalities of the acceleration sensors based on the vibration of the vehicle structure detected by the acceleration sensor when the test vibration is generated by the piezo actuator, and a noise control part 42 operating the piezo actuators so as to reduce noise in a predetermined space according to the vibration detected by a plurality of the acceleration sensors when abnormalities of the piezo actuators are not detected by the abnormality detection part 43. The abnormality detection part 43 generates the test vibration by at least one acceleration sensor and reduces the noise generated in the predetermined space caused by the test vibration by a piezo actuator other than the piezo actuator which has generated the test vibration.
