Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise removal device serving a higher noise suppression effect regardless of kinds of periodical noise, a noise removal method, and a noise removal program.SOLUTION: A noise removal device 1 includes a periodical noise information storage unit 32 and a noise filter 35. The periodical noise information storage unit 32 accumulates an input signal containing periodical noise to store noise history information in which at least as much as one period of periodical noise in a non-voice section where a voice signal component to be a primary component of an output signal becomes equal to or less than a preset voice threshold level is contained. The noise filter 35 generates a suppression signal in which periodical noise contained in the input signal is inverted with noise history information being a reference signal and generates an output signal So in which periodical noise contained in the input signal is suppressed by the suppression signal.
