Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attribute to the size reduction of an equipment and to prevent the deterioration of sound collection quality without a windscreen by eliminating noise components and minimizing the external influence to a sound signal.
CONSTITUTION: A main input (S+n) is formed from the output of a microphone 1 and a reference input [(S*)+(n*)] is formed from the output of a microphone 2. An adaptive noise canceller 6 supplies the main input (S+n) and a residual difference component ε0 to an adaptive noise canceller 21. An adaptive filter 23 of the adaptive noise canceller 21 cancels a noise component from the main input (S+n) and outputs a sound signal component S.
