PURPOSE: To reduce solid-borne sounds emitted from an outer wall by means of a simple and highly practical structure for a mechanical multistory parking facility prepared by fastening outer walls to the outer side of a steel framed structure.

CONSTITUTION: Elastic connection members 12 including a rubber member 12b are interposed between plates 5a, 5b provided in a beam 5 of a steel framed structure and a furring strip 11 fixed to the inner side of an outer wall 2. Vibration which is propagated from the beam 5 toward the outer wall 2 when a parking facility is operated is absorbed by the rubber member 12b so that solid-borne sounds emitted from the outer wall 2 to the outside is reduced.
