Abstract:
To provide a novel method that can run a non-destructive test on an attachment joint part by a simple method.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: The method includes: a first step of pressing an ultrasonic vibrator against a joint body formed by joining two members with an adhesive and applying the ultrasonic wave on the joint body in a mode in which a defectively attached part of the joint body generates heat; and a second step of measuring a heat generation distribution of the joint body and detecting a defectively attached part of the joint body from a place of the heat generation distribution that generates heat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
