CONSTITUTION: A system is constituted of a card 21 carried by a customer and a store side device 1 to transmit and receive data to and from the card 21, and a customer evaluating means to set the customer rank based on the customer data transmitted from the card 21 and a display 13 to display the customer rank set by the customer evaluating means are provided at the store side device 1. Thus, the customer rank of the customer is set based on the customer data transmitted from the card 21 carried by the customer when the customer comes in the store and this can be displayed at the display 13.
