A contactless power supply device 1 of the invention includes a static portion 2; a first movable portion (Y-axis moving element 3) that is movably mounted on the static portion 2; a second movable portion (component mounting head 4) that is mounted so as to be movable relative to the first movable portion 3; a first contactless power supply mechanism (a high-frequency power source circuit 51, first power supply electrode plates 52 and 53, first power receiving electrode plates 55 and 56, and a first power receiving circuit 57) that supplies electrical power in a contactless manner from the static portion 2 to a first electrical load L1 on the first movable portion 3; and a second contactless power supply mechanism (51, 52, 53, 55, 56, 57, a high-frequency power transmitting circuit 61, second power supply electrode plates 62 and 63, second power receiving electrode plates 65 and 66, and a second power receiving circuit 67) that supplies electrical power in a contactless manner from the static portion 2 via the first movable portion 3 to a second electrical load L2 on the second movable portion 4. Accordingly, contactless power supply can be performed from the static portion 2 to the second electrical load L2 of the second movable portion 4 which is driven by combining a plurality of drive mechanisms (a linear motor device 150 and a ball screw feed mechanism).
