Abstract:
To eliminate the aeration of a pump and waste of remaining chemicals in a tank in a system for supplying liquid sample such as chemicals to replace the tank safely.
A chamber 3 is provided between the chemicals tank 1 and the pump 2, an air bleeding pipe 5 and a chemicals pipe 4 are provided in the tank 1 and the chamber 3, and a sensor 10 for detecting a remaining amount at a time is provided in the chamber.
