Title:
NON-DIFFUSIVE AROMATIC DIAMIN CATALYTIC CHAIN EXTENDER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6440512
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the polymer having high tenacity and strength used for molding materials such as rollers by allowing non diffusive catalitic chain extenders containing polyisocyanate, polyol and aromatic diamine having ternary amine functional groups to react with each other.

CONSTITUTION: The polyurethane is obtained by allowing non-diffusive catalytic chain extenders composing of (A) polyisocyanate (e.g.: torylene-2,4-diisocyanate), (B) polyol (e.g.: 1,3-butane-diol or the like) and (C) aromatic diamine incorporated with ternary amine function group into side chain, expressed by formula {e.g.: N,N-bis(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-diaminobenzamide) (X is C=O, CH2; Y is NAB (A is H or B; B is R1NR2R3 (R1 is alkylene; R2 and R3 are each alkyl or the like) or the like} or the like.
