Abstract:
To provide an antenna system which is possessed of an antenna gain pattern equal in all directions independent of whether an LCD case is opened or closed, equipped with a plurality of antennas, and improved so as to have omnidirectional properties and a notebook personal computer equipped therewith.
A notebook personal computer includes a first antenna that receives/transmits radio waves when a cover provided to a main body in an openable manner is opened, a second antenna that receives/transmits radio waves when the cover is closed, and a switching part that selectively switches a prescribed RF circuit module from one of the first and second antenna to the other depending on the cover open or close.
