To provide a sheet which is flexible, has tensile strength, adhesive force, flame retardancy, oil resistance, heat resistance and low-temperature resistance, is low in thermal deformability, has low specific gravity, and is free from the generation of halogen gases such as chlorine or bromine and dioxins by incineration.

A non-halogen sheet as a flame retardant for use in wire harness comprises a flame-retardant sheet molded by using resin comprising 60-92 wt.% of soft polyolefinic resin and 8-40 wt.% of thermoplastic elastomer or 8-40 wt.% of alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin, and a composition prepared by compounding at least 3-15 pts.wt. of red phosphorus and 5-30 pts.wt. of melamine cyanurate and/or 5-30 pts.wt. of ammonium polyphosphate for 100 pts.wt. of the resin.
