PURPOSE: To reduce dispersion in a characteristic, by forming all of the circuits on a dielectric substrate, constituting each diode in a pair-chip state, and furthermore, housing it in an airtight vessel.
CONSTITUTION: Six same distributed constant lines are constituted by using hybrids of 90°. A first hybrid 1 of 90° connected to an input terminal 17 is used as a power distributor 7, and a nonlinear route is constituted by cascade- connecting a distortion generator 9 constituted of a second hybrid 2 of 90° and the diode (non-linear diode) 8, and a variable attenuator 11 constituted of a third hybrid 3 of 90° and a PIN diode 10 to the output terminal on one side of the power distributor. Also, a fixed phase shifter 13 and a variable phase shifter 15 are cascade-connected to the output terminal on the other side of the distributor 7.
