The non-oxidation furnace is a furnace for heating/treating an object to be treated in a non-oxidation atmosphere gas and is provided with a tubular flame burner 11 as a combustion device for incompletely burning the fuel in a furnace body 10. A secondary combustion chamber 12 is provided in the furnace body 10. The non-oxidation furnace is provided with a tubular flame burner 13 as a combustion device for burning the non-oxidation atmosphere gas in this secondary combustion chamber 12.
