To emit an alarm to inhabitants by a method wherein fresh air is automatically supplied to fill an evacuation path when passengers on board are getting off a fire breakout zone while enabling economic lighting without use of utility power for persons taking refuge or rescuers.
This apparatus is constituted of a frame 1, a chain shaft set 2, a number of carrying devices 3, a low speed gear box 4, a low speed wind wheel 5 and a dynamo 6 and like. The frame 1 is fixed vertically on the wall of a building. The many carrying devices 3 are installed on a chain 23 of the chain shaft set 22 and moves horizontally when lowering to carry the persons taking refuge. The movement of the chain is kept at a fixed speed, the low speed wind wheel 4 is linked to a ventilation pipe to supply fresh air when the persons taking refuge come downward. Lighting and alarming equipment are installed to allow the persons to take refuge without feeling fear.
