Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-PVC floor material, which is hard to suffer impact of contraction of a printed layer due to symmetrical contraction of a floor material layer and a transparent abrasion-resistant layer around the printed layer when the floor material layer, the printed layer and the transparent abrasion-resistant layer contract due to heat, and can reduce deformation of the floor material such as deflection and warpage.SOLUTION: A non-PVC floor material according to this invention includes a floor material layer, a printed layer and a transparent abrasion-resistant layer in ascending order. The printed layer contains inorganic filler of 55 to 90 weight% and coefficients of thermal expansion of the floor material layer and the transparent abrasion-resistant layer are higher than that of the printed layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
