Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-rotary wheel cap inserted into the center of a wheel rim by using a fixture and clearly displays a specific decorative form.SOLUTION: A cap is used to present a printed decoration, and the decoration continues to be fixed at a correct (upright) position while a rim rotates. A bottom wall 19, an upper edge 17, a lower edge 16, and a cylindrical body 1 having an opening 18 are included, and the cylindrical body further includes a plurality of fixtures extending from the lower edge of the cylindrical body and a small-sized pin 3 extending vertically from the center shaft of the bottom wall, and further includes a roller bearing 6. The roller bearing is press-fitted into a crescent-shaped body 4. A small-sized cylindrical hole 7 is formed in one of side faces of the semicircular body 4. A cylindrical housing 9 is mounted on the semicircular body on which a recessed elliptical sheet 37 is mounted.
