Abstract:
To be able to use it conveniently by eliminating the need for sewing and threading operations for threading an opening string.SOLUTION: In a no-sewing sandbag 11 formed of a double weave fabric having an opening 14 at one end, which is formed by hollow weaving with warp yarn 12 and weft yarn 13, an opening string 17 woven at the time of hollow weaving is provided in parallel with the weft yarn 13 at edges of the opening 14 in one weave 15 and the other weave 16 of one another overlapping each other. The no-sewing sandbag 11 can be readily used at the stage when completed to be woven, with the opening string 17 provided at just the same stage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
