Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic composition which retains sufficient magnetic characteristics or magnetic force characteristics, is excellent in flexibility, tensile strength, elongation, impact resistance, breeding resistance, and forming processability such as rolling processability, and can suitably be used also in fields requiring severe characteristics.
SOLUTION: This non-vulcanized rubber magnetic composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a non-vulcanized rubber component comprising (A) 10 to 40 wt.% of acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer rubber having an acrylonitrile unit content of 42 to 50 wt.% and (B) 60 to 90 wt.% of an ethylene-propylene-diene terpolymer rubber having an ethylene unit content of 55 to 75 wt.%, or (C) at least one polymer selected from ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene- ethyl acrylate copolymer and low density polyethylene in an amount of 1 to 60 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the non-vulcanized rubber component, and (D) 500 to 1,000 pts.wt. of magnetic powder.
