Abstract:
To provide an incombustible substance-screening device capable of screening metals and rubble at high accuracy from incombustible substances discharged from a waste incinerator.SOLUTION: There is provided an incombustible substance-screening device screening incombustible substances discharged from a waste incinerator into metals and rubble. The device comprises: a first crusher which has a pair of crushing mechanisms disposed spacing each other and preferentially crushes the rubble in the incombustible substance by making the incombustible substance pass through a clearance while moving at least one of the pair of the crushing mechanisms; a first screen disposed at a subsequent stage of the first crusher to sieve-screen the incombustible substance treated by the first crusher; a second crusher disposed at the stage subsequent to the first screen, having a crushing treatment container and a medium for crushing housed in the crushing treatment container, and crushing the incombustible substance charged in the crushing treatment container by contact with the medium for crushing; and a second screen disposed at the stage subsequent to the second crusher to sieve-screen the incombustible substance treated by the second crusher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
