Moreover, induction load 7 which resonates with the capacity of the capacitances 8 and 9 is connected between the electrodes 5 and 6, and the impedance is lowered by the series resonance of the induction load 7 and the capacitances 8 and 9, whereby it becomes easy for the current to flow, and more power is supplied, and the power collected between the electrodes 5 and 6 is supplied to the power source and the control circuit 10 built in the mover 4. As a result, the current 11 supplied from the high frequency power source 1 becomes a current 12 through the capacitance 8, and it is taken in the mover 4, and the return becomes the current 13 through the capacitance 9, and becomes a return current 14, so a large power can be obtained.
