Title:
NONCONTACT DISPLACEMENT DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3134563
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a high-precision displacement detector by employing a high-precision magnetic circuit to resolve the linearity problem of the magnetic circuit in the contact displacement detector using a magnetic/electric converting element.
CONSTITUTION: A noncontact displacement detector is provided with a magnetic/ electric converting element 11, two permanent magnets 13A, 13B arranged in the magnetic-sensitive direction of the magnetic/electric converting element 11 across it and having magnetization directions perpendicular to the magnetic- sensitive direction, parallel with each other, and opposite to each other, a holder 14 fitted with permanent magnets 13A, 13B, and a rotary shaft 15 connected to the holder 14, having the axial direction in parallel with the magnetic- sensitive direction of the magnetic/electric converting element 11, connected to a measurement object, and rotated in response to its displacement. The magnetic/electric converting element 11 is relatively fixed against the rotation of the rotary shaft 15.
