PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incombustible sheet having incombustibility, and excellent surface scratch resistance.SOLUTION: An incombustible sheet 1 has a urethane resin layer 3 of 20 μm-120 μm in thickness, a first glass sheet 6 comprising glass fiber, and a second glass sheet 8 comprising glass fiber, in the stated order.
