Abstract:
To provide a model animal of a nonhuman primate mammal, for which the actions of a specific dopamine receptor are deteriorated.
There is prepared a nonhuman primate mammal model animal of the disease, such a disease relating to the hypofunction of a dopamine D1 receptor or dopamine D2 receptor that the actions of the dopamine D1 receptor and/or the dopamine D2 receptor are blocked selectively in a portion of a brain by an RNA interference.
