Abstract:
To prevent the back flow to an outer pipe without disturbing the liq. sending from the outer pipe and to send acidic chemical liquid from an acid resistant inner pipe when only one liq. of the acidic chemical liquid is injected in the case when injection is executed by using a double pipe.
A sleeve 6 for converging the chemical liquid sent from the outer pipe at one point, for covering an outer pipe discharge port 7 with sleeve rubber 8 and for preventing the back flow to the outer pipe connected to a blind plug 9 is installed.
