Title:
NONWOVEN WIPER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3741837
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fittability, mechanical strength, and large particles collecting performance of a wiper by laminating more than specific kinds of nonwoven fabric to make at least one surface a surface nonwoven layer mainly consisting of crimp expressing fiber and, further, making an enhancing nonwoven layer mainly consisting of thermofusible fiber contained.
SOLUTION: This nonwoven wiper of multilayer structure, for instance three layers, is formed of more than two kinds, for instance, of surface nonwoven layers 15a, 15b and an enhancing nonwoven layer 17. The enhancing nonwoven fabric 17 is constituted of core-sheath type composite fiber consisting of polypropylene-polyethylene, etc., in the market. Surface nonwoven layers 15a, 15b are constituted of crimp expressing fiber such as polyester-low melting point polyester, etc. Needle punching is applied from top and bottom layers putting the enhancing nonwoven layer 17 in the middle, and then heat-treated for crimping and integrated by nipping. This constitution can improve the wiping performance.
