To provide a noodle boiling device which can reduce the running cost.

This noodle boiling device is equipped with a boiling hot water tub equipped with a temperature setting means 26 and a fluid feeding port. In this case, the temperature setting means 26 can set the temperature of hot water at an arbitrary one from 80°C to 100°C, preferably from 90°C to 100°C, more preferably from 97°C to 100°C. The fluid feeding port feeds a fluid toward a boiling basket in the boiling hot water tub, and makes the fluid perform the loosening of noodles in the boiling basket, or perform a convention, or perform both of them. Thus, the noodles can be evenly boiled without unevenness even at a low temperature.
