Abstract:
To provide a film stretchable at an industrially appropriate temperature and manifesting wide-ranging retardation.
The film is comprised of a norbornene polymer having a recurring unit represented by general formula (1). In formula (1), L is a single bond or a 1-10C alkylene group; R is a 2-10C alkyl group; and R1, R2 and R3 are each a hydrogen atom or a substituent group.
