Abstract:
To provide a normal time standby device and a power emergency interchange device that can be configured more simply and can detect a fault during standby.SOLUTION: The normal time standby device is designed to wait for executing an operation during a normal time and to perform a predetermined operation during an emergency. The normal time standby device includes an operation unit that performs the predetermined operation during the emergency and a control unit that controls the operation of the operation unit. The control device has a self-maintenance function that can automatically detect, during the standby, a malfunction of at least one of the operation unit and the control device that can only be detected when the operation unit is operating by executing simulated control of the operation of the control unit while it is on standby.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
