Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slag removing apparatus of a melting furnace improved in the workability of slag removing work.SOLUTION: In a slag removing apparatus 100 of a melting furnace 3, the melting furnace 3 and a tool placing base 62 are installed on a triangular virtual line VL with a turning central axis L1 of a trunk 11 of an industrial robot 1 as a center, and a slag removing tool placing base 61 is installed on the industrial robot 1 side with respect to the tool placing base 62. An additive agent charging tool 55 has an additive agent container 55b for storing the additive agent. The additive agent container 55b is installed on a side opposite to the melting furnace 3 with respect to the tool placing base 62. A slag recovering box 61C is installed on a side opposite to the melting furnace 3 with respect to the slag removing tool placing base 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
