To provide an induction heating device capable of appropriately annunciating information related to induction heating.
This induction heating device recognizes states of a series resonance impedance and a series resonance frequency of a matching circuit part by a control means. The control means displays a handling character string display area 574A representing a handling method of the states of the series resonance impedance and the series resonance frequency of the matching circuit part in a display area 411A of a display means. Thereby, the handling method of the states of the series resonance impedance and the series resonance frequency can be displayed by the display means; and even an operator without totally knowing an induction heating process can properly handle the states. Thereby, information related to the induction heating can properly be annunciated.
