PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify people of notification information that can be detected by visual or tactile sensation, based on disaster prevention voice information that is transmitted from a disaster prevention wireless broadcast system.SOLUTION: A notification processing device 10 comprises: a reception part 11 for receiving diaster prevention voice information that is transmitted from a transmitter of a disaster prevention wireless broadcast system; a voice recognition part 12 for converting voice of the disaster prevention voice information into characters; a character display part 13 which displays at least a part of the converted characters; and a notification part 14 by which, in a case where the converted characters correspond to a preset keyword, people is notified of notification information corresponding to the keyword.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
