Abstract:
The present invention provides a notification system which is capable of sending notifications based on a notification signal from outside in an outage state, a communication device, and a communication system. The present invention discloses a notification system (20) provided with an outage detection part (22), a signal receiving part (23), and a notification part (24). The outage detection part (22) is used for detecting power outage state of a first communication device (10) disposed in a management area of a facility (100) comprising a plurality of management areas (110) from a common power supply (200). The signal receiving part (23) receives notification signals from a second communication device (50) of the facility (100). The notification part (24) sends notifications based on the notification signals received by the signal receiving part (23) when the outage detection part (22) detects power outage state of the first communication device (10).
