A notification system is provided with: a security sensor part 12 for detecting at least one of intrusion into a building and gas leak, short circuit, water leak and fire in the building and the threats of the intrusion, gas leak, short circuit, water leak and fire; a safety decision part 39 for determining whether the inside of the building is safe based on the detection result of the security sensor part 12; and a room entry suppression part 14 for, when it is determined that the inside of the building is not safe by the safety decision part 39, preventing a person who tries to enter the building from entering the building.
