Abstract:
To prompt early opening of a dispatched packet and collect appropriate information about the packet.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a message creation unit 22 for assembling display information of an electronic advance notice notification screen for notifying the dispatch of a packet, a dispatch day database 35 in which the dispatched date of the packet is registered; a message transmission unit 23 for transmitting, on the basis of the dispatched date of the packet, display information of the electronic advance notice notification screen some time before the day at which the packet is delivered to a recipient; an input screen transmission unit 26 for transmitting an input screen for identification information to a portable terminal 10 having accessed using the electronic advance notice notification screen; a packet-opening recognition unit 27 for receiving packet-opening information that indicates that the packet has been opened; and a content screen transmission unit 29 for transmitting an information screen to the portable terminal 10 when the packet-opening information is received by the packet-opening recognition unit 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
