Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a novel compd. which is dopamine antibiotics and is useful for treatment of psychotie diseases, particularly acute psychotic diseases, etc.
CONSTITUTION: This compd. is expressed by formula I (AlK is 1 to 4C alkane diil; D is formulas II to IV; R1 is 1 to 4C alkyl, hydroxy 1 to 4C alkyl, carboxyladehyde, etc.; R2 is H, 1 to 4C alkyl; R3 is 1 to 4C alkyl, hydroxy 1 to 4C alkyl, phenyl etc.; R4 is 1 to 3C alkyl, phenyl, etc.). The compd. is obtd. by cyclizing the enamine of formula V (R5 is a reactive dissociation group) by the reagent of formula VI.
