Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by the formulaI[R1 is 1W5C alkyl; R2 is group shown by the formula II or III; or R1 is cyclohexyl; R2 is -NH-(CH2)n-Y (Y is 1W5C alkylamino or hetero ring; n is 0, 1, 2, or 3)]and its acid addition salt.
EXAMPLE: 2-Cyclohexyl-11-{2-( diethylamino )ethyl}aimo-6,11-dihydrodibenzo[b, e]oxepin.
USE: An anticonvulsant, an antihistamine, or an improver for cerebral circulation.
PROCESS: A compound shown by the formula IV is reduced into a compound shown by the formula V, which is reacted with a halogenating agent, to give a compound shown by the formula VI. This compound is reacted with an amine (H-formula II, H-formula III, Y-(CH2)n-NH2), to give a compound shown by the formulaI.
