EXAMPLE: A complex compound.
USE: A carcinostatic agent.
PREPARATION: For example, an inorganic salt such as gallium sulfate, gallium fluoride, etc., or its complex in an aqueous solutiohn is blended with an aqueous solution of a ditiol, an alkali metal salt of dithiocarbamic acid, or an amine, etc., to become a ligand by stirring.
