Abstract:
To precipitate heavy metals, especially manganese by capturing it when it is solid and oxidizing it when it is dissolved by using a mycobiont in which manganese-oxidizing bacteria and algae, e.g. blue-green algae such as Ocillatoria or the likes, diatoms, e.g. such as Navicula or the likes, green algae, e.g. Ulothrix or the likes, etc., are symbiotically exist.
A myocombiont in which (A) manganese-oxidizing bacteria, preferably those belonging to the genus Cedecea GSJ/MITA24A/ASHO-RO/1, the genus Shewanella GSJ/MITA24C/ASHO-RO/3, etc., and (B) blue-green algae such as Ocillatria or the likes, diatoms such as Navicula or the likes, green algae such as Ulothrix or the likes are symbiotically exist is used.
