Abstract:
Compounds of the general formula where R-R<4> are hydrogen or various organic groups and n is 0 or 1 are of interest as chemical intermediates; some also exhibit a number of pharmacological activities. The compounds may be made by hydrolysis of corresponding amino or substituted amino compounds to introduce the -OR group. They can be formulated for pharmaceutical use in conventional manner.
