Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double stranded oligo-RNA structure in which target-specific ligands are bonded to the double stranded oligo-RNA structure which binds by covalent bond high molecular compounds for improving the delivery of double stranded oligo-RNA that can be valuably used in treating diseases, specifically, cancer, and production methods thereof; and to provide a target-specific double stranded oligo-RNA delivery technology through the structure.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a therapeutic agent-polymer structure to which a ligand having a structure represented by formula (1) is bounded (A is a hydrophilic substance; B is a hydrophobic substance; X and Y are each independently a simple covalent bond or a linker-mediated covalent bond; R is a therapeutic drug; L is a ligand having a binding property specific to a receptor which promotes target cell internalization by receptor mediated endocytosis). In the therapeutic agent-polymer structure to which the ligand is bounded, the therapeutic drug is a double-stranded oligo RNA, or an anti-cancer agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
