Abstract:
To provide a novel organometallic compound which has luminescent characteristics emitting blue, green, or red light and has high heat stability and provide an organic electroluminescent element containing the same.
This compound is an organometallic luminescent substance having luminescent characteristics emitting blue, green, or red light and is represented by formula V (wherein M4 is a monovalent or tetravalent metal selected from among Li, Na, K, Zr, Si, Ti, Sn, Cs, Fr, Rb, Hf, Pr, Pa, Ge, Pb, Tm and Md; R is H or a 1-10C alkyl; D is O or S; and n is 1, 2, 3 or 4).
