PURPOSE: To prepare a resin composition having excellent adhesivity and coextrusion characteristics and giving high quality product, by grafting a composition composed of a low-crystalline ethylene/α -olefin copolymer with an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride.
CONSTITUTION: A composition composed of (A) a low-crystalline ethylene/α -olefin copolymer having a density of 0.91W0.86 and (B) (pref. 1W50 wt%, based on the whole composition, of) an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer containing 5W50 wt% of vinyl acetate unit, is grafted with (C) an unsaturated carboxylic acid or its anhydride. The ethylene/α-olefin copolymer is pref. low-crystalline copolymer having a melt-index of 0.1W100 (190°C), a crystallinity of ≤10%, and the number of side-chain methyl group of 7W100 per 1000 carbon atoms.
