Abstract:

PURPOSE: To let the assembling involving inserting spin elements for giving swirling to spray flows into cylindrical nozzle pieces and force fixing these inserted bodies to the body ends of trigger sprays be continuously, accurately and rapidly accomplished.

CONSTITUTION: Nozzle inserted bodies 1a are pressure fitted to the bodies supplied from a transfer path 11 and the assemblies are discharged to outside the machine one by one alternately to the left and right discharge transfer paths 13, 12. Here, nozzle pieces 1, spin elements 2 and bodies 3 of the trigger sprays are respectively supplied. After the spin elements 2 are fitted into the nozzle pieces 1, the assemblies are force inserted into the insertion holes of the bodies 3. The parts having been assembled rise up to the discharge transfer path face, after which they are delivered out by ejecting rods and therefore the operations from parts supplying and assembling up to discharging may be accomplished automatically.
